Processing
Orders are processed according to current inventory and fulfillment availability. Products marked unavailable or out of stock cannot be assumed to have a fixed ship date.
Tracking
When carrier tracking is available, it may be provided by email and through the customer account or Order Tracking page.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact LAS promptly if an order needs an address correction before fulfillment.
Large or professional orders
Project quantities, unusual package sizes or professional orders may require separate fulfillment arrangements. Contact LAS before ordering when timing or delivery constraints are critical.
