What are the LAS V3–V7 surface systems?
They are related engineered-surface platforms with different motion goals: LockWave V3, 360 Lock V4, IsoRing V5, RotaryLock V6 and OmniLock V7 R0. They should not be treated as interchangeable versions of one identical product.
Which products have been physically validated?
The baseline V3, V4 and V6 configurations have hands-on physical prototype evidence. V5 was physically prototyped but did not demonstrate the intended full rotational-lock behavior. V7 R0 is digitally verified and still awaits arbitrary-angle physical testing.
Why is V7 not available for purchase yet?
LAS is keeping V7 unavailable until the intended arbitrary-angle seating and locking behavior is physically tested. Digital phase-coverage mathematics is not being presented as physical performance proof.
Are all listed sizes physically validated?
No. Some V3–V5 size and thickness combinations are planned commercial configurations. The product page and engineering record identify the validated baseline and the configurations that still require dedicated CAD/STL and physical verification.
Do LAS products have published load or torque ratings?
Only claims supported by the stated evidence should be relied upon. If a calibrated load, friction, breakout-force, torque, fatigue or code rating is not expressly published for that product, it should not be inferred.
Are the product images the actual geometry?
For the V3–V7 surface products, verified product renders are produced from the authoritative STL geometry. Camera, lighting, material appearance and background can change for presentation; the product geometry is not redrawn for marketing.
Can contractors or companies request larger quantities?
Yes. Use the Contact page and include your company, application, product, target quantity and timing. LAS can then evaluate the request against the current production and validation status.
